从江苏土元胡Corydalis humosa Migo的块茎中分得15个化合物,鉴定了其中12个化合物,包括3个曾从该植物中得到的生物碱:普鲁托品(protopine,Ⅰ),(一)-四氢黄连碱(l-tetrahydrocoptisine,Ⅳ)和毕枯枯灵(bicuculline,Ⅶ);8个生物碱为首次从该植物中得到:氢化普鲁托品(hydroprotopine,Ⅱ),dl-四氢黄连碱(dl-tetrahydrocoptisine,Ⅳ_2),dl-四氢小檗碱(dl-tetrahydroberberine,Ⅴ),降氧化北美黄连次碱(noroxyhydrastinine,Ⅵ),隐品碱(cryptopine,Ⅸ),黄连碱(coptisine,Ⅲ),巴马汀(palmatine,Ⅻ)及去氢碎叶紫堇碱(dehydrocheilanthifoline,x);1个为新的天然内酯化合物,命名为元胡内酯(coryhumolide,Ⅷ)。
Twenty-five compounds were identified from the tubers of the soil of Corydalis humosa Migo in Jiangsu, and 12 compounds were identified, including 3 alkaloids previously obtained from the plant: protopine (I), (a) -tetrahydrocoptisine (IV) and bicuculline (VII); 8 alkaloids were obtained from this plant for the first time: hydroprotopine (II), dl-tetrahydrogen D-tetrahydrocoptisine (IV 2), dl-tetrahydroberberine (V), noroxyhydrastinine (VI), cryptopine (IX), coptisine , III), palmatine (XII) and dehydrocheilanthifoline (x); 1 is a new natural lactone compound named coryhumolide (VIII).
