The establishment of a virtual hospital has enabled the interaction between various medical service platforms provided by different agencies. On the basis of the discussion on the implementation of the telemedicine project in Europe, a virtual Euro-Mediterranean Hospital (VEMH) initiative based on the Euro-Mediterranean Alliance was proposed. VEMH can provide the same advanced technology to European and Mediterranean countries and facilitate business exchange and dialogue among member units within the framework of the system. The VEMH platform, which consists of satellite and terrestrial links, provides users with medical network learning, real-time telemedicine and network health care. VEMH works to achieve the path is driven by medical needs, not from the technical aspects. They provide new management tools for the virtual healthcare community and manage clinical outcomes based on evidence-based medicine. With the virtual hospital data, resources distributed to various sites, the concept of grid should be integrated with other communication networks and platforms. One of the effective ways to do this is to create an invisible network that serves application developers and end users while developing a gridded tool suite that hides its complexity. VEMH will provide the idealized medical service needs, while the medical service content depends on the individual needs of each network partner.
