为了密切党、国家和群众的关系,充分了解社员的意见和要求,解决个别群众过年困难,根据地委指示,县委、县人民委员会于1月23日组织了670余名县、区、乡、社干部,深入农村进行广泛性的访问。1月22日召开了县直属各机关全体干部大会,进行了春节访问工作的动员报告,组织了资溪县春节访问工作团,由县委书记和县长担任团长,下设六个分团,由各县委委员率领,于1月23日,分赴各地进行访问。经过七天来的深入访问,到29日胜利结束。基本上做到了深入的开展宣传,虚心倾听群众意见,积极解决群众生活困难,达到了这次访问预期目的。
