应用有限元软件ANSYS,建立了振动筛的有限元模型。进行谐响应分析,求出了振动筛工作状态下的动应力分布,并对其结构进行加强,使筛体动应力分布趋于均匀,应力水平整体降低,达到国家标准。
The finite element model of vibrating screen is established by using finite element software ANSYS. The harmonic response analysis was carried out to find out the dynamic stress distribution of the vibrating screen under the working condition and to strengthen its structure so that the dynamic stress distribution of the screen body tends to be uniform and the overall stress level is reduced to the national standard.
