目的:检测衡阳某矿区653名儿童的血铅含量,评价该地儿童对外环境中铅污染的暴露情况,为保护当地居民的健康和相关部门的科学决策提供科学依据。方法:按《血铅临床检验技术规范》和WS/T20-1996《血中铅的石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定方法》的要求,采样检测该矿区儿童的血铅含量。结果:矿区儿童的血铅含量在11.2~225μg/L之间,平均值为90.3±33.3μg/L。值得关注的是,有234名儿童的血铅含量超过了100μg/L,铅中毒率高达35.8%。结论:矿区的儿童已经对外环境中的铅污染产生了暴露,值得引起相关部门高度重视。
OBJECTIVE: To detect the blood lead levels of 653 children in a mining area in Hengyang, assess the exposure of children in this area to lead pollution in the external environment and provide a scientific basis for protecting the health of local residents and the scientific decision-making of relevant departments. Methods: According to the requirements of “Technical Specification of Blood Lead Test” and WS / T20-1996 “Determination of Lead in Blood by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry”, blood lead content of children in this mining area was sampled and tested. Results: The blood lead level of children in mining area ranged from 11.2 to 225 μg / L with an average of 90.3 ± 33.3 μg / L. It is noteworthy that 234 children had a blood lead level of over 100 μg / L and a lead poisoning rate of 35.8%. Conclusion: Children in the mining area have been exposed to lead contamination of the external environment, which deserves the attention of relevant departments.
