Objective To explore the effect of individualized active rehabilitation on motor function of lower extremities in patients with hemiplegia after stroke. Methods Sixty patients with hemiplegia after stroke for 2 ~ 12 weeks were randomly divided into individual active motor rehabilitation group (A group) and traditional passive motor rehabilitation control group (B group). The two groups of patients received the same routine medical treatment At the end of 8 weeks of treatment, the motor function of the lower limbs was assessed using the simplified Fugi-Meyer motor function scale. Results After treatment, the scores of simplified Fugi-Meyer lower extremity motor function of patients in group A and group B were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.01); and the score of Fugi-Meyer lower limb motor function in group A And the differences were significantly higher than the B group (P <0.05). Conclusion Individualized active motor rehabilitation training can significantly improve lower extremity motor function in stroke patients with hemiplegia.
