远红外加热是七十年代发展起来的新技术。我国在轻工、食品等行业中应用较普遍。在机械行业用于金属加热还不多。为了打入这一禁区,我们设计制造了一台可加热长5米、最大直径600毫米零件的远红外加热炉。经过两年多的应用,节能效果显著。该炉具有效率高、升温快、保温好、操作方便灵活、自动控制温度等优点。另外,劳动环境好,劳动强度低,检修起来方便,操作工人十分满意。该炉原设计只作150℃低温回火使用,实际上
