本文研究了洛沃扎尔斯克选矿厂尾矿的工艺矿物学,制定了采用再磨-重选-磁选工艺制取霞石精矿的工艺流程。用推荐的流程可以可从卡尔纳苏尔斯克选矿厂尾矿制取含28.3%~28.5%Al2O3、回收率86.9%的霞石精矿,精矿的主要组分含量基本上满足TУ准对霞石精矿的要求。
This paper studies the process mineralogy of the tailings of the Lovozharsk concentrator and formulates the technological process for producing nepheline concentrate by the regrinding-re-selection-magnetic separation process. With the recommended process, nepheline concentrate containing 28.3% -28.5% Al2O3 and a recovery rate of 86.9% can be prepared from the tailings of Karnassurzker Concentrator. The main components of the concentrate basically meet the requirements of TУ Stone concentrate requirements.
