目的:应用四肢神经营养血管和筋膜皮瓣修复手、足(踝)部软组织缺损。方法以上肢尺、桡动脉,下肢胫后、腓动脉发出穿支血管为蒂,沿血管轴心设计,切取岛状筋膜皮瓣,逆行转位,覆盖创面。结果2008年1月至2013年12月,选择解放军第205医院收治的软组织缺损患者23例,应用神经营养血管和筋膜逆行岛状筋膜皮瓣修复手掌、虎口、内外踝、足跟、足背创面24例,15例皮瓣完全存活,4例皮瓣表皮坏死,5例皮瓣远端部分坏死,经过换药和植皮创面修复。随访6~18个月,皮瓣外形及功能良好。结论四肢动脉穿支供血的逆行筋膜皮瓣不损伤主干血管、操作简单、受区覆盖好,是修复手、足(踝)部软组织缺损的理想方法。“,”ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of reversed neurocutaneous vascular flap and fasical flap for repairing the defects of the hands and feet(ankles).MethodsThe reversed fasical flap was designed to repair the soft tissue defects on the hands and feet (ankles). The largest flap size was 20 cm ×12 cm.ResultsFrom January 2008 to December 2013,24 cases with the soft tissue defects of hands and feet (ankles) were treated with island fasical flap in the 205th Hospital of PLA,and 15 flaps were survived. ConclusionThis flap has sufficient blood supply and high survival rate.So it is an ideal method for repairing the soft tissue defects in the hands and feet (ankles).
