以蓝绿色为例探究灵芝药渣浆、银星浆混合浆料的浆内染色工艺,检测染色后药渣纸的耐破指数、撕裂指数和抗张指数等物理性能,并分析染色后药渣纸的耐晒色牢度。结果表明:对药渣混合浆料进行浆内染色的较佳工艺条件为:染色温度70℃、打浆度25°SR、固色剂用量15%(对绝干浆)、接触时间15 min、FBL蓝0.475%和冻黄0.025%(均对绝干浆);染色后纸张的抗张指数基本不变,耐破指数提高6.9%,撕裂指数提高4.7%;此外,染色药渣纸的耐晒色牢度较低,适于短期包装或内包装行业。
