用不同质量浓度的吲哚乙酸(IAA)、α-萘乙酸(NAA)、KMnO4、吲哚丁酸(IBA)和6-苄基嘌呤(BA)等5种外源物质浸渍台湾种茉莉不同枝段的插条基部24h.结果表明:(1)从生根率、生根数和根长度等3个指标进行综合评价,枝条上段生根效果最好,中段次之,基段最差;(2)不同质量浓度的外源物质都能促进插条生根,其中IAA300mgL-1,NAA50mgL-1,KMnO41000mgL-1,IBA300mgL-1和BA15mgL-1诱导生根效果较好;(3)在供试的5种外源物质中以IAA、NAA和KMnO4等3种外源物质处理台湾种茉莉诱导生根效果较佳
Different kinds of exogenous substances such as indoleacetic acid (IAA), NAA, KMnO4, IBA and 6-BA were impregnated into different species of jasmine in Taiwan Section of the cuttings base 24h. The results showed that: (1) The rooting rate, the number of rooting and the length of root were comprehensively evaluated. The rooting effect was the best in the upper branches of the shoots, followed by the middle ones and the lowest in the base ones. (2) All the exogenous substances with different mass concentrations The rooting effect of IAA300mgL-1, NAA50mgL-1, KMnO41000mgL-1, IBA300mgL-1 and BA15mgL-1 was better than that of IAA, NAA and NAA KMnO4 3 kinds of exogenous substances to deal with Taiwan jasmine induced rooting better
