DZ40 M钴基合金铝化物涂层在高温氧化过程中的失效特点 ,是在氧化膜之上产生隆起的深色蚀点。蚀点的出现标志着涂层局部失效的开始。蚀点增加并长大 ,则对应着涂层失效面积的扩展。形成的蚀点最终覆盖整个涂层表面 ,意味着涂层完全失效。
The failure of the DZ40 M cobalt-based alloy aluminide coating during high-temperature oxidation is characterized by the formation of raised, dark-colored etch spots on the oxide film. The presence of pits marks the beginning of a localized failure of the coating. Etch point increases and grows, it corresponds to the expansion of the coating failure area. The resulting etch point eventually covers the entire coating surface, meaning that the coating has completely failed.
