正三十烷醇是一种新型的植物激素,本刊曾与去年十二期上作了比较详细的介绍。这次对我省杭州大学生物系等单位于去年在水稻、油菜、茶叶、络麻等作物上进行试验应用的情况作一报道。在水稻上的应用:杭州大学生物系以“原丰早”作试验材料,在抽穗期和扬花期均喷洒0.1ppm的正三十烷醇。结果处理的和对照的亩产分别为702斤和666斤,增产5.4%。结实率分别为81.8%和78.8%,千粒重分别为22克和21.2克。以“杂福一号”为材料,在孕穗期和扬花期每亩喷洒120斤0.5ppm的正三十烷醇,增产13.7~14.8%。以矮梗23作材料,在盛花期喷洒0.5ppm正三
