In this paper, a preliminary observation of the lymphocytes of a patient with liver cancer revealed that its small lymphocytes accounted for only 29% of the total number of lymphocytes, and the frequency of micronuclei in the cytoplasm of lymphocytes was 19%. The number of lymphocyte chromosomes 2n≠46 accounted for 80 %, and most of them are hypodiploids (78% of the observed cells). The karyotype analysis was performed by selecting the metaphase population of chromosomes. We believe that the proportion of large, medium and small lymphocytes is imbalanced; the appearance of micronuclei and the non-integralization of cells are all associated with malignant lesions. As for their relationship with liver cancer, we will continue to observe according to more cases.
