This article describes the architecture of the IVSN ingress switch in the NICS and briefly discusses the hardware subsystems and their interconnections, focusing on the configuration of the control system. Introduction The NATO comprehensive communications system development plan is divided into three phases. The ultimate goal is to achieve such an integrated communication system that uses a network to complete the line switching, information exchange and automatic data processing business. Each stage of this development plan has a number of research projects and the corresponding deployment on time. The initial voice conversion network is one of the first phase of the development project.
