一、企业管理培训的目的从1984年的全国厂长(经理)“企业管理基本知识考试”开始,经过90年代初的岗位任职资格培训,到“九五”期间的工商管理培训,我们已经进行了15年的企业管理培训。这段时间里,我们一直是把普及和更新企业管理基本知识作为培训的主要目的的。改革开放之初,我国的企业管理入员,尤其是主要领导干部,文化层次较低,相当多的人不具备大专以上的学历,也没有接受过系统的企业管理理论的培训,主要依靠上级文件和个人经验进行管理。所以,
