据国家权威部门统计,中国是世界盲人最多的国家,约有500万,占全世界盲人口的18%,且每年在中国约有45万人失明。现今大部分盲人因为自身能力问题,不能和普通人拥有一样的学习能力。他们靠用手去触摸凹凸浮现的盲文来学习知识。但传统的盲文书比普通的书籍更加厚重而且携带不方便,不利于盲人的学习,虽然现在有盲文听书器,但并不能取代盲文书的地位。而现今的盲文点显器则因价格过高,并不是所有的盲人都可以支付得起。本论文从盲人的人性化角度出发,把传统盲文的凹凸浮现功能电子化,整体的重量小于传统盲文书的重量,便于携带且价钱合理。文中为传统盲文书逐步过渡到电子书提供了一定的参考。
According to the statistics of the state authorities, China is the world’s most blind country with about 5 million people, accounting for 18% of the world’s blind population and about 450,000 people blind in China every year. Most blind people today can not have the same learning ability as ordinary people because of their own problems of ability. They rely on their hands to touch bumpy braille to learn knowledge. However, the traditional braille books are heavier and more inconvenient to carry than the average books, which is unfavorable to the blind students. Although there are now braille book readers, they can not replace the status of the braille books. Today’s Braille point monitors are not affordable for all blind people because of the high price. From the perspective of human blindness, this dissertation electronically characterizes the bump of the traditional Braille. The overall weight is less than that of the traditional braille, so it is easy to carry and reasonably priced. The article provides a reference for the gradual transition from traditional blind documents to e-books.
