我厂应用超精加工工艺已有数年，近年来质量已比较稳定、不久前经厂及局鉴定，外圆的加工光洁度达 １３～ １４级，在几何精度及尺寸精度方面可控制在１～３微米左右。本文介绍了超精加工的现场经验和超精加工的系统内容。本文简要叙述了超精加工的发展和应用情况，系统地介绍了加工原理、加工方法和切削参数的选择、油石的选择、超精加工的设备以及控制超精加工质量的方法。
