讯问笔录是公安侦査人员依法对犯罪嫌疑人进行讯问时,就讯问情况所做的文字记录,包括侦查人员的提问和犯罪嫌疑人的供述和辩解。客观、真实、规范地记载讯问情况的讯问笔录对于查明犯罪事实、证实犯罪、准确地定罪量刑、提高办案质量等都具有重要作用。目前讯问笔录规范性研究的重点大多放在记录方式、言语表达两方面,而忽视了标点符号在讯问笔录中的重要作用。本文以笔录制作中的标点符号问题为出发点,通过大量公安讯问笔录的研究,总结笔录中的标点符号使用问题,有针对性的提出讯问笔录中标点符号使用的规范性建议,有利于进一步提高讯问笔录质量、保障诉讼程序的公平与正义。
Transcripts of interrogations are written records of interrogation cases conducted by investigators of public security on interrogation of criminal suspects according to law, including questions raised by investigators and confession and excuse of criminal suspects. The transcripts of transcripts that objectively, truthfully and formally record the interrogation conditions play an important role in identifying the facts of crimes, confirming crimes, accurately convicting sentencing and raising the quality of handling cases. At present, the focus of normative research on interrogation records mostly focuses on two aspects of recording methods and expressions, while ignoring the important role of punctuation in interrogation transcripts. This paper starts with the issue of punctuation in the production of transcripts. Through the research on a large number of transcripts of interrogation transcripts, summarizes the use of punctuation marks in transcripts, and puts forward the normative suggestions on the use of punctuation marks in transcripts, which is conducive to further enhancing the interrogation The quality of transcripts ensures the fairness and justice of the proceedings.
