在体育教学中进行中长跑练习,能够有效地提高青少年的肌肉、心血管和呼吸系统长时间工作的能力,改进大脑皮质神经过程兴奋抑制的均衡,逐渐提高耐力水平,促进身体均衡发育。但是,由于中长跑教学距离长、运动量大,动作形式单一和趣味性不强,是很多学生最不喜欢练习的项目。如何通过多种形式的练习手段,充分地挖掘学生自身的潜能,培养练习兴趣,调动学生练习的积极性,是中长跑教学中应解决的主要问题。通过教学探索实践,笔者向各位老师推荐以下几种练习方法,仅供大家参考。
Long-distance running practice in physical education can effectively improve adolescent’s muscle, cardiovascular and respiratory system ability to work long hours, improve the balance of excitability inhibition of cerebral cortex nerve process, and gradually improve the level of endurance and promote the body’s balanced development. However, due to the long distance teaching distance, large amount of exercise, the form of a single action and interest is not strong, many students most do not like to practice the project. How to fully exploit the students’ own potential, cultivate their interest and mobilize the enthusiasm of students through various means of practice is the main problem to be solved in middle and long-distance running teaching. Through teaching to explore practice, I recommend to you the following teacher practice methods, for your reference.
