从体育发展也能看出一个国家的强盛,其中并不是指单个体育竞技,而是指全民加强对体育方面的锻炼,培养体育锻炼意识的有效途径就是通过教育这一方式。体育与其他文化课程相比较,对于学生的健康发展有着重大的作用,特别是在高中阶段,进行良好的体育教学能够让学生放松身心。随着科技的不断进步,信息技术已经被广泛应用,在学校教学不断改革的过程中,教学中对信息技术的使用越来越普遍。因此结合高中体育教学在信息技术的应用之下所体现的好处,提出相关策略进行讨论与研究。
