现在各级地区和学校都在研究课堂教学的改革,我校经过深思后并在浙江省教研专家张丰主任和区教研室徐和平主任等专家论证的基础上,从2009年起我校确定了教改行动为“114”课堂导学模式。我校是一所省三级重点高中,在生物教学中,暴露出来的问题是不少的。诸如:相当一部分学生缺乏学习兴趣;个体能力差异大,两极分化极为严重;能听懂老师的讲解但缺乏独立解决问题
At present, the reform of classroom teaching is being studied in all regions and schools. Our school is a provincial key high school, in biology teaching, the problems exposed are many.
