前言 渤海是我国内海,海区资源丰富,海域辽阔,航运发达,沿岸工业集中,人口稠密,在政治、经济、军事上都占有重要的地位,是我国重点保护的水域之一。随着我国石油工业和石油海运事业的发展,排放到海内的油污量一直是人们密切关注的问题。 海洋环境中广泛地存在着大量的降解石油烃的微生物,石油一旦进入海洋,就受到一系列的物理和化学的综合作用,同时并被海洋中的各类微生物所氧化。调查这类微生物的数量和组成,研究它们的某些生态学问题和对油污的净化作用,对防治石油污染海洋、保护海洋环境、发展渔业生产和增进人民健康有着重要意义。
Preface Bohai Sea is an inland sea and sea area of our country. It is rich in resources, vast in sea area, developed in shipping, has concentrated industries along the coast, and has a dense population. It occupies an important political, economic and military position and is one of the key waters under protection in China. With the development of China’s oil industry and the development of the oil shipping industry, the amount of oil discharged to the sea has always been a problem that people pay close attention to. There are a large number of microorganisms that can degrade petroleum hydrocarbons widely in the marine environment. Once in the ocean, petroleum is subjected to a series of physical and chemical combined effects and is also oxidized by various kinds of microorganisms in the ocean. Investigating the quantity and composition of such microorganisms, studying some of their ecological problems and purifying oil pollution are of great significance for the prevention and control of oil pollution of the oceans, the protection of the marine environment, the development of fishery production and the improvement of people’s health.
