目的 探讨Y染色体与葡萄胎恶变的关系。方法 应用PCR技术扩增Y染色体特异DNA序列法 ,检测 82例葡萄胎标本 (其中新鲜葡萄胎标本 5 0例 ,石蜡标本 32例 )。结果 82例葡萄胎标本中恶变者 14例(17.1% )。Y阳性者 19例 (2 3.2 % ) ,其中恶变 3例 (15 .8% ) ;Y阴性者 6 3例 (76 .8% ) ,其中恶变 11例 (17.5 % )。经 χ2 检验 ,Y染色体阳性与否与葡萄胎恶变无关 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 葡萄胎恶变与Y染色体的存在与否无关
Objective To investigate the relationship between Y chromosome and hydatidiform mole malignant transformation. Methods A total of 82 cases of hydatidiform mole specimens (including 50 cases of fresh hydatidiform mole specimens and 32 cases of paraffin specimens) were amplified by PCR using Y chromosome specific DNA sequencing. Results 82 cases of malignant specimens of hydatidiform mole in 14 cases (17.1%). 19 cases (23.2%) were positive for Y, of which 3 cases were malignant (15.8%) and 6 cases (76.8%) were Y negative, of which 11 cases were malignant (17.5%). By χ2 test, Y chromosome positive or not and hydatidiform mole has nothing to do (P> 0.05). Conclusion The hydatidiform mole malignant transformation has nothing to do with the presence of Y chromosome
