P-糖蛋白(P-glycoprotein,P-gp)是一种ATP依赖性药物外排泵,广泛分布在机体的各个组织中,可降低某些药物的生物利用度,同时也是引起肿瘤细胞产生多药耐药的重要原因之一。一些药用辅料可抑制P-gp的外排作用,同时具有低毒、无药理活性和安全性高的优点。本文着重综述了对P-gp外排具有抑制作用的3类药用辅料(非离子型表面活性剂、聚合物和脂质)的研究进展,并简单介绍了P-gp的结构、功能和研究模型等。
