随着新课程改革的深入,如何突破学生的差异性实现高效课堂成为师生关注的重点.信息技术教育究竟怎样才能改变传统教学的弊端,实现真正高效的教学,这是我们信息技术教师所面临的严峻课题.笔者通过多年的一线实践,巧妙整合了“分层导学和合作互助”的教学模式,解决了信息教育普及性、统一性教学与学生个性发展差异的矛盾.尽可能的促使了每一个学生都得到发展,从而实现课堂教学的高效性.一、信息技术课堂上存在的现象及问题
