纵观中国企业现状,似乎可以得出这样的结论:理论上的渲染、宣传比企业管理实践要超前许多。真正意义上的人力资源管理在企业管理的实践中,并没有形成“气候”,更没有形成现代化的“大趋势”。很明显的一个事实是,相当一些企业竟连人力资源或者人才资源管理、开发部门都没有设立,还是传统的人劳部门。因此,当前亟须大声疾呼:中国企业人力资源管理的现代化势在必行!
Looking at the status of Chinese enterprises, it seems that we can conclude that: the theory of rendering, publicity than the management of enterprises to go ahead of many. The real sense of human resources management in the practice of business management, did not form a “climate”, nor did it form a modern “big trend.” The obvious fact is that a considerable number of enterprises even human resources or human resources management, development departments are not established, or the traditional labor department. Therefore, it is urgent to cry out loud now: the modernization of human resources management in Chinese enterprises is imperative!
