《体育育与健康课程标准》中提出“:教学过程是师生交往、共同发展的过程。此要重视学生的学法研究,引导学生学会学习,提高学生自学、自练的能力。”可见,教育改革的核心之一就是尊重学生的主体性地位和作用,把学习的主动权交给学生,培养学生的自主学习能力。本文首先对体育自我锻炼能力进行了概述;其次论述了中学生体育自我锻炼能力的现状;再次阐明了学生自主学习能力的发展及其基本规律;然后提出了中学生体育自我锻炼能力的培养策略;最后对全文进行了总结。
The Standard of Physical Education and Health Curriculums put forward that the teaching process is the process of interaction and common development between teachers and students, which pays attention to the study of students’ learning methods, guides the students to learn from them and improves their self-learning and self-practicing ability.
