目的:探讨脑胶质瘤与PGE_2之间的内在联系,找出消炎痛类药物作为胶质瘤辅助治疗的可能性。方法:对20例胶质瘤标本进行细胞培养1周,测其上清液中的PGE_2含量。对10例胶质瘤细胞培养液中加入不同浓度消炎痛溶液,培养1周后测其上清液PGE_2的含量。同时对15例胶质瘤患者血浆中PGE_2的水平进行测定。结果:胶质瘤合成PGE_2的量明显高于正常脑组织(P<0.01)。不同浓度的消炎痛对胶质瘤合成PGE_2均有明显抑制作用(P<0.01)。胶质瘤患者血浆中PGE_2含量也明显高于正常人(P<0.01)。结论:脑胶质瘤生长过程中可以合成大量PGE_2,其宿主血浆中也含有过量的PGE_2具有免疫抑制作用,而消炎痛在体外能有效地抑制胶质瘤细胞合成PGE_2,这提示消炎痛类药物在胶质瘤治疗中有积极意义。
Objective: To explore the intrinsic relationship between glioma and PGE_2, and to find out the possibility of adjuvant therapy of indomethacin as glioma. Methods: Twenty cases of glioma were cultured for one week and the content of PGE_2 in the supernatant was measured. Ten cases of glioma cell culture solution were added different concentrations of indomethacin solution, measured after 1 week of culture supernatant PGE_2 content. At the same time, the level of PGE_2 in plasma of 15 patients with glioma was measured. Results: The amount of PGE_2 synthesized by glioma was significantly higher than that of normal brain tissue (P <0.01). Different concentrations of indomethacin inhibited the synthesis of PGE_2 in glioma cells (P <0.01). The content of PGE_2 in glioma patients was also significantly higher than that in normal controls (P <0.01). Conclusion: PGE 2 can be synthesized during the process of glioma growth, and excessive PGE 2 is also contained in the plasma of host glioma, which can inhibit the synthesis of PGE 2 in glioma cells in vitro. This suggests that indomethacin In the treatment of glioma has a positive meaning.
