目的编制医护人员应对方式问卷,并检验其信效度。方法依据应对理论,采用访谈和开放式问卷等方法收集条目,于2011年从安徽省4所综合性医院抽取2个样本,样本1(n=286)用于项目分析和探索性因素分析,确定问卷的项目和维度;样本2(n=392)用于进行验证性因素分析和考察问卷的信度和效度;以特质应对方式问卷为效标,检验效标效度。结果问卷共25个条目,由3个维度构成,分别是回避应对、情绪应对、问题解决;结构方程模型各拟合指数良好:χ2/df=2.575、NFI=0.849、CFI=0.902、RMSEA=0.067;量表总分与特质应对方式问卷总分呈正相关(r=0.364,P<0.001);总量表和各维度Coronach’sα系数分别为0.815、0.836、0.753、0.758。结论医护人员应对方式问卷具有良好的信度和效度,能够作为调查医护人员压力应对方式的有效工具。
Objective To prepare a questionnaire about the coping style of medical staff and test its reliability and validity. Methods According to coping theory, interview and open questionnaires were used to collect the items. Two samples were collected from four general hospitals in Anhui Province in 2011. Sample 1 (n = 286) was used for item analysis and exploratory factor analysis to determine Questionnaire items and dimensions; sample 2 (n = 392) was used to carry out confirmatory factor analysis and to examine the reliability and validity of the questionnaire; the trait questionnaire was used as the criterion to test the validity of the criterion. The results of the questionnaire a total of 25 items, composed of three dimensions, namely, avoidance response, emotional response, problem solving; structural equation model fitting good: χ2 / df = 2.575, NFI = 0.849, CFI = 0.902, RMSEA = (R = 0.364, P <0.001). The total scale and the Coronach’s alpha coefficients of each dimension were 0.815,0.836,0.753,0.758 respectively. Conclusion The questionnaire of medical staff coping style has good reliability and validity and can be used as an effective tool to investigate the coping style of medical staff.
