电力信息化在飞速发展中。但我们与国际先进水平的差距究竟何在?是硬件设施或软件系统落后吗？答案当然是否定的。归根到底,是我们在管理的规范化、基础数据的积累和维护上存在较大差距,用一句话概括就是标准化的建设滞后于信息化本身的建设。往往,我们过多地着眼于具体应用,而忽视了企业信息化建设的基础——工程全生命周期的信息化管理。
Power information in the rapid development. But what is the gap between us and the international advanced level? Is the hardware facilities or software system lagging behind? Of course, the answer is no. In the final analysis, there is a big gap between the standardization of management and the accumulation and maintenance of basic data.
