为了探讨山地烤烟对配施生物有机肥响应效果,为当地烤烟生产提供参考,以常规肥料对比,通过生物有机肥不同配施量试验,分析其对烤烟生理生化指标及产质量影响效果。结果表明:配施生物有机肥,可以增加烤烟根系体积和净光合速率,促进烤烟生长发育,提高上等烟叶比例及产质量,提高经济效益;其中烟叶产量提高9.35%~11.2%,达2159.1 kg/hm~2和2361.0 kg/hm~2,产值增加2.51%~15.2%,达55057.1元/hm~2和61858.2元/hm~2,上等烟叶比例增加0.95%~3.63%;在其他生产成本一致的情况下,经济效益处理提高2.14%~14.5%;经济效果指数(ECI)和烤烟化学成分可用性指数(CCUI)均好于对照。合理的生物有机肥施用量,对烤烟生产有着良好的提质增效响应效果。
In order to investigate the response of flue-cured tobacco to the application of bio-organic fertilizer and to provide a reference for the production of flue-cured tobacco in the mountain area, bio-organic fertilizer was tested with different dosage of conventional organic fertilizer to analyze its effect on physiological and biochemical indexes and yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco. The results showed that the application of bio-organic fertilizer could increase the root volume and net photosynthetic rate of flue-cured tobacco, promote the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco, increase the proportion of superior flue-cured tobacco and increase the yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco and increase the economic benefits. The yield of flue-cured tobacco increased by 9.35% -11.2% / hm ~ 2 and 2361.0 kg / hm ~ 2, and the output value increased by 2.51% ~ 15.2%, reaching 55057.1 yuan / hm ~ 2 and 61858.2 yuan / hm ~ 2, and the proportion of superior tobacco increased by 0.95% ~ 3.63% In the same situation, the economic benefit increased by 2.14% ~ 14.5%. The economic effect index (ECI) and the chemical component availability index (CCUI) of flue-cured tobacco were better than the control. Rational application of bio-organic fertilizer, the production of tobacco has a good quality and efficiency response.
