仰睡是多数老年人采取的习惯睡觉姿势,仰睡可使腰部获得充分休息。但如果患有坐骨神经痛或椎间盘突出,仰睡会不舒服,因为腰椎不能自然弯曲所致。因此这类患者仰睡时在膝盖下方垫上个枕头,可减轻疼痛不适。
