中小学生课业负担过重问题,一直受到政府和全社会的高度关注。每年两会,代表委员都一再呼吁“减负”。然而,中小学生过重的课业负担至今依然存在,在有些地区甚至愈演愈烈。“减负”为何困难重重?怎样才能从根本上破解“减负”难题?在错综复杂的格局下,政府、学校和家庭各需担负什么样的责任?带着这些问题,记者采访了正在北京参加两会的全国政协委员、北京师范大学副校长葛剑
The problem of over-burdened schoolwork among primary and secondary school students has always been of great concern to the government and society as a whole. Two sessions a year, delegates have repeatedly called for a “burden reduction.” However, the overburdened schoolwork burdens of primary and middle school students still exist and are even worse in some areas. Why is it difficult to “burden?” How can we fundamentally solve the “burden” problem? Under the complicated pattern, what kind of responsibilities should the government, the school and the family have to bear?
