This paper provides a reference for the breeding of new salt-tolerant pepper varieties and reasonable cultivation. The single factor experiment was used to study the effects of different NaCl stress on seed germination and seedling growth of Astrophainus radiatus No.4. The results showed that NaCl solution with low concentration (≤100 mmol / L) promoted the seed germination and seedling growth of Astrotus aeruginosa four seeds. High concentration (≥200 mmol / L) significantly inhibited seed germination and seedling growth. Among them, germination rate, germination energy, germination index, vigor index and seedling fresh weight of seeds treated with 100 mmol / L NaCl solution increased by 13.67%, 34.00%, 30.07%, 0.69 and
