对于一个国家的国民经济发展来说,水利工程是可以对人们的日常生产生活相关活动做出一定程度保证的重要工程项目,只有在对水资源的合理控制及使用做出保证的基础之上,才可以最大限度的降低各种类型的洪涝灾害出现的几率。但是因为水利工程项目相较于其他工程项目来说具有规模大、周期长以及施工现场所在地环境复杂程度高等特点,从而也就使得水利工程质量监督管理工作演变为了阻碍水利工程发展的重要因素之一,本文依据有可能影响到水利工程施工相关工作的质量的因素,提出现阶段我国水利工程质量监督管理工作进行的过程中应当使用到的措施,希望能够在今后相关的工作人员对这个问题进行分析的时候起到一定程度的借鉴性作用。
