本文综合评价了关于氧化锰还原过程基础研究的现状,指出氧化锰固相还原过程热力学数据尚不一致而对其还原动力学还缺乏系统的研究成果。阐明了开展含碳预还原锰球团或团块的应用研究,将对钢的锰直接合金化及融熔还原法炼制锰铁的原料准备有现实价值和长远的开发前景。文中首次提出适用于上述工艺的有关技术指标。
In this paper, the current status of the basic research on the manganese oxide reduction process is comprehensively evaluated. It is pointed out that the thermodynamic data of the manganese oxide solid-phase reduction process are not consistent and their reduction kinetics are still lack of systematic research. The application research of pre-reduction of carbon pellets or agglomerates containing carbon has been clarified, which will have realistic value and long-term development prospects for the direct alloying of manganese and the preparation of raw materials for melting and ferromanganese reduction. The article for the first time put forward the applicable technical indicators for the above process.
