七棵树油田属于异常低压油田,含蜡高、析蜡点高,油井清蜡周期短。通过分析了七棵树油田油井的结蜡特征,对七棵树油田蒸汽洗井近阶段的实际情况进行了紧密地跟踪,得出锅炉车加热的高温水蒸汽,通过井口注入油套管环形空间时,蒸汽的高温不断地传递给油管,使井筒内的蜡逐步熔化,同时抽油泵使熔化了的蜡被带出井筒,最终达到清蜡的作用以及恢复油井产能的作用。
