以快速定量滤纸为基质 ,用KI NaAc为重原子微扰剂 ,建立了测定痕量可可碱、咖啡因、茶碱的滤纸基质室温磷光 (PS RTP)分析法。该法取样量少 ,线性范围宽 ,可可碱、咖啡因、茶碱的线性范围分别为 14 4~5 76 ;5 .4 4~ 6 99;7.2 1~ 36 0ng/斑点 ;检出限分别为 1 14、0 78、1 80ng/斑点。该方法用于巧克力中可可碱、茶叶中咖啡因、氨茶碱药片中茶碱的测定 ,操作简便快速 ,选择性好。标准回收率在 92 8%~ 10 6 %之间 ;相对标准偏差RSD <5 %
A fast and quantitative filter paper was used as substrate, and KI NaAc as heavy atom perturbation agent was used to establish a filter paper substrate RTP assay for the determination of theobromine, caffeine and theophylline. The method has the advantages of less sampling amount and wide linear range. The linear ranges of theobromine, caffeine and theophylline are 14 4 ~ 5 76, 54 4 ~ 6 99 and 7.2 1 ~ 36 0 ng / spot respectively. The detection limits are 1 14,0 78,1 80 ng / spot. The method is used for the theobromine in chocolate, the caffeine in tea and the theophylline in aminophylline tablets. The method is simple, rapid and selective. The standard recovery was between 92 8% and 106%; the relative standard deviation RSD was less than 5%
