《幼儿园教育指导纲要》提出:幼儿园家长工作的主要目的是调动家长关心、支持、参与幼儿园教育和管理的积极性,共同提高幼儿园保育和教育质量。可见,在新的历史条件下,保教质量的提高单靠幼儿园教育本身难以奏效,必须站在新的高度,充分整合利用家庭教育资源,充分发挥家长的教育作用,实现幼儿园教育的协调发展,创造美好教育。我在家园合作实践中取得了一定的成效,大致是从三个方面进行的。一、丰富互动机制,确保家长积极参与
