本文以我国行业样本为实证分析对象,通过构建FDI技术外溢模型,研究FDI和人力资本内在关联关系的存在性及行业差异性。实证结果表明,我国FDI与人力资本之间存在互动机制,且两者之间的互动机制在我国不同行业表现出显著的差异。两者间的互动机制在农业表现为反向关联,在工业和服务业为正向关联,并且工业的互动效果强于服务业。
In this paper, we use the sample of industry in our country as the empirical analysis object. Through the construction of FDI technology spillover model, this paper studies the existence and industry difference of the inherent relationship between FDI and human capital. The empirical results show that there is an interaction mechanism between FDI and human capital in our country and the interaction mechanism between them shows significant differences in different industries in China. The interaction mechanism between the two is inversely related in agricultural performance, positively related to industry and service industry, and industrial interaction is more effective than service industry.
