NH3-TPD(Temperature-ProgrammedDesorption)技术是表征固体酸催化剂表面酸性质的有效手段。考察了催化剂粒度、程序升温速率、载体流速以及催化剂装填量等实验操作条件对ReY型沸石催化剂NH3-TPD表征结果的影响。实验结果显示:当催化剂粒度为40~60mesh、程序升温速率为15℃ min、载气流速为60ml min、催化剂填量为0 10g时,适宜进行NH3-TPD实验。
NH3-TPD (Temperature-ProgrammedDesorption) technology is an effective means to characterize the surface acidity of solid acid catalysts. The effects of experimental conditions such as catalyst particle size, temperature program rate, carrier flow rate and catalyst loading on the characterization of ReY zeolite catalyst NH3-TPD were investigated. The experimental results show that when the catalyst particle size is 40 ~ 60mesh, the program heating rate is 15 ℃ min, the carrier gas flow rate is 60ml min and the catalyst loading is 0 10g, the NH3-TPD experiment is suitable.
