目的:建立藤茶药材HPLC指纹图谱,并进行主成分聚类分析,为其质量控制提供依据。方法:采用UltimateXBC18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.5%甲酸溶液梯度洗脱,检测波长365 nm;柱温40℃;应用SPSS软件对数据进行统计学分析。结果:建立了藤茶药材HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,确定了11个共有峰,并指认了2个主要共有峰。通过主成分聚类分析,18个藤茶不同无性系种质可分为3类。结论:该方法快速,可较全面的反映藤茶药材中化学成分的信息,为评价藤茶药材提供了科学实验依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the HPLC fingerprints of cane tea herbs and cluster analysis of principal components to provide basis for its quality control. Methods: UltimateXBC18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was eluted with acetonitrile-0.5% formic acid. The detection wavelength was 365 nm. The column temperature was 40 ℃. The data were analyzed by SPSS software. Results: The HPLC fingerprinting pattern of rattan tea was established. Eleven common peaks were identified and two major common peaks were identified. According to the principal component analysis, the germplasm of 18 cane tea clones can be divided into three categories. Conclusion: This method can quickly and completely reflect the chemical constituents in the rattan tea herbs, and provide a scientific experimental basis for the evaluation of rattan tea herbs.
