长期以来,人们只顾从自然生态系统中不断地掠夺索取资源来发展经济,却忽视了经济与生态的协调发展,导致水土流失不断加剧,生态环境逐步退化。河南省省道228禹州段改建工程尽可能将项目建设诱发的水土流失危害控制在最小程度,根据工程建设实际情况,设定科学合理的水土流失防治目标,将工程措施、植物措施和临时措施有机结合,建立完善的水土流失综合防治措施体系,实施科学有效的水土资源保护。经分析,河南省省道228禹州段改建工程项目实施后设计水平年的六项防治指标均达到了目标值,水土流失得到了有效地控制,把危害降到了最低限度,生态环境得到恢复和改善。
