在《路基工程》编委会上,基建总局的代表李铁岩同志,转达了蒋才兴局长对《路基工程》的希望: 一、《路基工程》的办刊方向对头,对路基工程的技术发展起了积极的推动作用。希望坚持办下去,一定把它办好,办成一个高质量的刊物。二、当前路基病害很突出,问题比较严重。在铁路工程病害中有80％是路基方面的。就全路来讲,已经开始注意抓路基质量,但并没有引起各方面的足够重视,我们要认真宣传抓好路基工程质量的重要意义。当前,路基施工工艺落后,达不到质量要求,尤其是特殊地基
