以静水法测试了对甲酚与2,4-二叔丁基酚对斑马鱼的单一和联合急性毒性,并以毒性单位分析法和Marking相加指数法对其联合毒性效应类型进行了判定。结果表明:对甲酚的单一毒性为中毒,2,4-二叔丁基酚的单一毒性为高毒。Marking相加指数法和毒性单位分析法对两者的联合毒性作用的评价结论一致:在等毒性配比下,对甲酚与2,4-二叔丁基酚的24、48、72和96 h时联合毒性均为拮抗作用。
The single and combined acute toxicity of p-cresol and 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol on zebrafish were tested by hydrostatic method, and their combined toxicity effects were determined by toxic unit analysis and Marking addition index method. The results showed that the single toxicity of p-cresol was poisoned and the single toxicity of 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol was highly toxic. Marking additive index method and toxic unit analysis of the joint toxicity of the two evaluation conclusions are consistent: the equivalent toxicity ratio, p-cresol and 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol 24,48,72 and 96 h when combined toxicity are antagonistic.
