为了采用响应面法对丁香提取工艺进行优化,试验以丁香提取物中丁香酚含量为考察指标,采用Box-Behnken中心组合设计方法进行提取工艺优化。结果表明:丁香提取物制备的最佳响应组合为乙醇浓度80%,提取温度59.8℃,料液比1∶11,提取时间1.68 h,经计算得到浸膏中丁香酚含量为84.39%,在此条件下验证性试验测得丁香提取物中丁香酚含量分别为79.23%、81.34%、79.34%。说明响应面优化得到的丁香提取物制备工艺稳定、可靠。
In order to optimize the extraction process of clove by using response surface methodology, the experiment was based on the content of eugenol in clove extract, and optimized the extraction process by the Box-Behnken central composite design method. The results showed that the best response combination of clove extract was ethanol concentration 80%, extraction temperature 59.8 ℃, solid-liquid ratio 1:11 and extraction time 1.68 h, the content of eugenol in the extract was calculated to be 84.39% Under the conditions of confirmatory test clove extract clove measured content of 79.23%, 81.34%, 79.34%. It shows that the preparation of clove extract optimized by response surface is stable and reliable.
