对5种强度等级(不同水泥用量和水灰比)、2种养护方式、2种湿度环境共69个混凝土棱柱体试件进行了长达589d的收缩试验,收集了国内外588个混凝土收缩试验数据,通过归一拟合,获得了各因素对混凝土收缩的影响系数公式.基于各因素对混凝土收缩的影响系数公式和试验数据,提出了适用于相对湿度为10%~100%,温度为5~80℃,试件理论厚度为10~500mm,湿养时间为1~500d,水泥用量为190~500kg/m3,水灰比(质量比)为0.35~0.70的多系数混凝土收缩模型,该模型计算值与收缩试验数据吻合较好.
A total of 69 concrete prismatic specimens with five kinds of strength grades (different amounts of cement and water-cement ratio), two kinds of curing methods and two kinds of humidity environments were subjected to a 589d shrinkage test. 588 concrete shrinkage tests Data, through the normalization fitting, obtained the influence coefficient of various factors on concrete shrinkage coefficient.According to various factors on the concrete shrinkage coefficient of influence formula and experimental data, proposed for the relative humidity of 10% to 100%, the temperature of 5 ~ 80 ℃, the theoretical thickness of the specimens is 10 ~ 500mm, the wet curing time is 1 ~ 500d, the cement dosage is 190 ~ 500kg / m3 and the water-cement ratio is 0.35 ~ 0.70.
