水电站不少工件的下料常采用展开图方法,但当尺寸很大时(如压力钢管),受材料面积和场地的限制,用这种方法往往有实际困难,即使作了展开图精度也很低,而且过程繁琐。近年也有部分书籍和资材介绍数解计算方法,但计算仍避免不了繁琐和多次重复,计算过程难免出错。本人将水电站常用的下料计算用BASIC语言编写计算程序,读者可应用PC-1500计算机直接得出各工件下料尺寸。下面先介绍程序之一:任意角度、不同节数焊接弯管的下料计算程序:
