在中国影视界恢宏巨制更迭纷沓的背后,融资问题已成瓶颈。然而,囿于知识产权的无形性特征,版权融资工作仍属政府“热心”、企业“焦心”而金融机构并不“上心”的形象工程,《集结号》制片方本应值得惊喜的融资方式突破却异化成为一个令贷方揪心的风险管理之旅。美国是版权输出大国,其有效且成熟的拟动产化的版权融资制度以及新近完成的多项制度改进措施为美国电影制品的全球性成功输出提供了强大助力,其做法值得我国借鉴。
